About us
The bar is an
altar.
Our story begins in Madrid in 2020: a couple of friends, over cañas and pickles, dreamt of bringing back the spirit of the old-school Madrid aperitivo. Today our escabeches, preserves and pickles come from our own workshop, and the aperitivo is served just as well in all our bars.

Fashion brand Nurrk presented its collection at our Gravina bar in Chueca: flowers on the steel, clothes on rails between the high tables and a packed lunchtime.
